History

Vistal Gdynia S.A has been active in the bridge construction and shipbuilding industry since 1991. The year 2008 was an important period for Vistal Gdynia S.A. due to the structural changes that have taken place. The Enterprise changed its legal form from the private limited liability company Vistal Sp.z o.o. to the joint stock company VISTAL GDYNIA S.A.
A capital group has been created comprising Vistal Gdynia S.A.,Vistal Mosty Sp. z o.o. and Vistal Konstrukcje Sp. z o.o. The Group engages in acquiring, managing and executing contracts for the manufacture of steel structures and assembling these on-site.

March 2009 was when we introduced the quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2000 and PN-EN 3834:2007 standards, which proves that continuous improvements to the Company’s quality management system placed it in line with the latest standards and ensures top quality services.
