VISTAL is to build four blocks of the ship, with the execution of two to be confirmed by the ordering company by the end of October this year. The estimated value of the contract is around 15 million PLN. The conditions do not deviate from those commonly used for concluding this type of agreements. The agreement provides for contractual penalties of 0.23 per cent of the remuneration for each day of delay.
