Mr Andrzej Niedbalski has extensive managerial experience in managing companies in many industries. He has broad competence in B2B and B2C sales processes. Experienced in the area of mergers, acquisitions, consolidations, company restructuring and building sales networks. A specialist in unconventional ways of implementing new, innovative solutions in business. He has a higher education – graduated from Gdynia Maritime University in 1993 – Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a number of courses and trainings in the field of business.

Mr Andrzej Chmielecki is from 17.01.2020 the financial director of Vistal Gdynia S.A. (in VISTAL GDYNIA Capital Group from 14.11.2019). He has a higher education in economics, having graduated with honours from the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Transport Economics, major: foreign trade, in 1987, and in 2003-2005 he completed postgraduate Executive MBA studies at the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Education, validated by the Rotterdam School of Management.

Jerzy Kralski, Vice-President of the Management Board
Mr Jerzy Kralski is an experienced manager managing numerous projects and areas in commercial law companies. He has a higher education – graduated in 1991 from the Faculty of Construction at the Warsaw University of Technology (Master of Science in Construction) and in 2003 completed post-graduate studies – Value Based Management at the Warsaw School of Economics – Collegium of Enterprise Sciences as well as courses in business and negotiation.
