Jan Michalkiewicz – Member of the Supervisory Board
Jan Michalkiewicz has a higher education; in 1984 he graduated from the engineering studies at the Gdańsk University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Technology. In 1995 he graduated with a master’s degree from the Faculty of Management and Marketing of the Gdansk University of Technology. In addition: in 2002 he completed postgraduate studies in the field of enterprise management at the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk and in 2015 he completed postgraduate studies in: Acquisition, implementation and settlement of European projects, at the Faculty of Economics, University of Gdańsk.
Professional career: From 1971 to 1985 – he worked in technical supervision positions in ZBSE ELBUD in Gdańsk and in Okręgowe Przedsiębiorstwo Energetyki Cieplnej in Gdańsk. Whereas in 1986 – 2020 he worked for the following companies: Technoton sp. z o.o. in Gdańsk – President of the Board, Poligaz in Gdańsk – Marketing and Trade Director, Amco – Gaz Białystok, Sales Branch Director in Gdańsk, PPU TECHMET sp. z o.o. in Pruszcz Gdański – President of the Board, SN SINOL in Gdańsk – President of the Board.
Current occupation: individual business activity – development of business plans and provision of consulting services in the economic field for individuals and companies.
Krzysztof Kowalkowski – Member of the Supervisory Board
Krzysztof Kowalkowski graduated from the State Construction School in Gdańsk in 1969 with a diploma in construction technology. In 1977, he graduated from the Gdańsk University of Technology, Institute of Hydrotechnics with the title of sanitary equipment engineer.

Mr Stanisław Gutteter has a higher education. In 1971 he graduated from the Gdańsk University of Technology – Faculty of Shipbuilding.

Tadeusz Rymszewicz graduated from the University of Gdansk, Faculty of Economics, in 1976. Moreover, Tadeusz Rymszewicz completed post-graduate studies in the field of adaptation of the Polish economy to integration with the European Union (1995) as well as courses in real property trading and management, obtaining the professional licence of a real property manager (No. 6075).
Career progression:
Tadeusz Rymszewicz has 40 years of professional experience in managerial positions, e.g. as Deputy Mayor of the City of Sopot (1981-1984). Over the last 25 years he has held managerial and executive positions in construction companies, including Przembud Gdansk S. A. (2000-2004) and in real estate companies (Nord Service Sp z o. o. 1997-1999; Navimor Inwestycje Sp. z o. o. 2004-2012).
