On 03 October 2016, a framework agreement was signed between the Company and a foreign contractor in the construction industry for the manufacture of steel structures for hotel containers. The framework agreement was signed for a period of 2.5 years. At the same time, as part of this framework agreement, an Order worth PLN 77.5 million gross for the manufacture of steel structures of hotel containers was signed by the Company and the Contractor on 03 October 2016. The Contract exceeds 10% of the Company’s equity and thus meets the criterion of a significant agreement.
